Again its been a while since I last did an update so here we go. Been working mostly, not got up to too much. Finished now though and we are moving out of our House next week. So just a quick update on what has been happening over the last few weeks. Work has been going really well and I am now the Sous Chef at The Royal Mail hotel, I have been running services, and putting dishes on the menu, so all is well on that front. We have now brought ourselves a car, which is great and makes life easier. Beckie has been tending the garden, trying to get our grass to grow as it has turned to straw over the summer. Day 10 - Friday morning we packed up our bags and drove to the station to pick up Jonas (Chef also starting at the Royal Mail Hotel) Took us around 4 hours to get to Dunkeld with an hour stop in Ballaratt for Lunch. They put us up in a room but it's more like a little house without a kitchen and has become our home until we get a house sorted.
