Saturday 20th July- taxi to Paddington Station - train to Goring- Streatly where Lyn wanted to go to Aldworth to check on tellies at St Mary’s church cemetry. Walked over the bridge to Streatley where we had a snack - gorgeous on the river. Lyn tried to get taxi - no luck however left message. We headed back to the station - and a call came thru. So back we went to the village to meet the driver. She had great success finding headstones and checked out the church. Back to catch the train up to Oxford - with a change at Didcot Pathway- we are experts at finding our way around stations.
