Breakfast in cafe along Main Street - about 50 metres from our apartment which is right in the middle of the Old Town.
Then checked a photographic display depicting the horrors of war - I know - bit harrowing but this part of the world has seen so much conflict it gave a new perspective to all aspects of the impact to all parties. The history of Yugoslavia and then the breakup in to individual countries is very complex - get a bit lost in the twists and turns of who is fighting who and why.
Then went to a museum which was a cloistered pharmacy.
Lunch of the most delicious pastries - then a walk up to a high point looking down on the harbour where it was a little cooler. Temps starting to warm up.
Have loved every minute of Croatia- so clean, water so blue and clear, people in general very hospitable - Italy ( Sorrento) tomorrow.
