Sun 20/4/14 Easter Bunny found us no problems...new pj's and plenty of chocolate eggs. After a yummo brekky of bacon & eggs we headed over the border to Gol Gol, NSW for a picnic lunch and some time riverside to watch the Mildura100 Speed Skiing Race; racers get up to speeds of 115kms/hour....falling off is not a good option! Brought back many memories for Kaaren of camping and skiing on the river at Tocumwal...good times! Next we headed over to the Perry Sandhills near Wentworth. Kids had a great time scrambling up the dunes, then jumping, jogging, sliding, rolling etc etc back down; half a tonne of sand came home in everyones clothing.

Mon 21/4/14 After a morning of laundry and sand removal we headed into Mildura River Port & Park. Enjoyed a day of games in the park - footy & soccer. Lukas challenged Mum to try and strike some goals past his "awesome keeping skills"....How do you spell "champion" Lukas? "M-U-M-M-Y!" Also popped into an Art Exhibition of local artisits works. We all found paintings we really liked, but as they were $400 bucks a pop, we opted for the $3 postcard versions of our favourites instead. Judith, the lady on duty, was really lovely and took the time to talk to Brodie and Alexis about learning to paint. Returned to camp and fanged around on the "Jeeps" with Uncle Yub and Ellie for a while, then jumping pillow and minecraft training sessions. Webber roast lamb for dinner - finom!
