It's all work and no play here in paradise... well that's not strictly true.. Today was a great fun dive exploring new sites with the rest of the staff and getting to play in quite a current. Riz has developed a new type of underwater iceclimbing which seems pretty effective when the currents ripping through. Well it certainly feels like I've settled into Island life. Today was my first day off and I made the most of it by lazing in a hammock, strolling on the beach then sitting under a palm tree with a book before coming up here to get some time online. Internet access is painfullly slow in all but one place onthe island so I doubt there will eb many uploads of gorgeous piccies. You'll all just need to use you imagination in the meantime. Havelock really is unspoilt...

I arrived in Bangalore yesterday morning and had fun explaining what all my dive equipment was as I passed through customs... Lots of fun today going through the process of registering for residency, I've never been "official" before so this was a bit of a first. piles and piles of paperwork which needed to be checked by 5 different people and signed by 3 others... but thanks to some handy contacts in country it's all sorted and i've got my stamped bit...

Well it's almost all over. Arrived back in Bangkok for a bit of last minute shopping before I head home. I'm really excited to be coming home and seeing everyone but a bit sad that my travelling is all over, for now at least.
