Lots of fun today going through the process of registering for residency, I've never been "official" before so this was a bit of a first. piles and piles of paperwork which needed to be checked by 5 different people and signed by 3 others... but thanks to some handy contacts in country it's all sorted and i've got my stamped bit of paper that says I can stay here.

I've pretty much got over the time difference so it's time to tackle the last sector of the journey. I'm taking a train to Chennai tomorrow afternoon, then a 4am flight to Port Blair a bit of tie to chill out before more paperwork and the afternoon ferry across to Havelock...
