Wow, finally made it to the Galapagos Islands! After a fairly smooth flight I arrived in Baltra and eventually made it onto the boat, the Treasure of the Galapagos. Nice digs! We checked out the Charles Darwin Research Station and then wandered back through town and back on the boat. Today was mostly about getting familiar with all things boat related and meeting the other passengers. So far so good. Tomorrow starts with a few snorkeling sessions, can't wait!
