Today we went to the peoples square and the shanghai history museum.

Both were free which is a bonus and they we both very good. The people square is a little smaller that what you normally expect in china, but still it is very peaceful and a good escape from the city noises.

The museum is again very good an a lot bigger than you think when you get inside. All areas were assessable free of charge which was good as we were able to have a great look at scrolls, paintings and coins etc. this is a really good place to come. When we were there there was a school trip which just added to the excitement although they did like to say hello bless them :-)
