Thanks Mark and Fiona, glad you are enjoying the blog. That will explain why we couldn't find the statue :-/. Shaun said he would bargain hard if he needs to sell me :-( hehe.

Just had my first read of your full blog, sounds as though you're really having a great time. Don't worry about not having found the Wyland sculpture, I had to Google to find out that it is in the Beijing International Sculpture Park, but haven't been able to work out where that is in relation to the rest of the Olympic stuff. At least I've seen a mini version in person!! Continue enjoying yourselves, and don't forget, don't accept anything less than 12 camels for Jo ;-) !!

Hi Harry, we are having an amazing time thanks. Shaun said that it was more painful than the hike with nige, but don't worry nige was with me every step of the way! The Great Wall was amazing more than you think. Glad every thing is good back home and not to cold. Nige doesn't need to send Shaun love coz he's always with me :-) lol
