Hi all, Batu feringgi is only a short bus jurney from George Town about 30-40 mins and only cost 2.70 ringgit (0.60p) You need to catch the 101 bus either on the street or at a bus stop/ bus station and ask for a place in batu feringgi just as easy as that :-) This place is more of a beach town and seems to have one main road right through it. Today we went to go and see Penang hill, it costs 30 ringgit each for the train up and back (£6.00) It's nice up the top with a few things to do like an owl museums, flowers, mosque and a fort gate, more for the kids than adults. But the view is really what you pay for as its great a great view of the bridge, which connects the main land to the island which on a clear day is beautiful to see :-)

George Town street art Well what can I say... It's great fun almost like a treasure hut. It's a great way to see the town and gets you out about. Although some of the roads that you go down arnt as nice at the ones nearest the town centre but still fine. Second day in the cameron Highlands and we went to see the worlds biggest single flower. It was amazing, first of all the hike was a proper hike through mud, ducking under fallen trees, climbing over fallen trees. This is an amazing place! It's se rounded by the hills and 360 degrees of green lush us jungle. The views on the way up to the cameron highlands is just amazing! We spend two nights here, in TJ lodge which was basic and a little noisy from the bar but it's a bed after a long days hike.
