Our forth over night train from shanghai to Shenzhen. It wasn't the nices of trains (not that the others were nice but for some reason this one seemed not as good. The carpet / floor could have done with a good clean! The beds well I wasn't impressed with mine but not much that you can do really. But at least the toilets were better ie not as smelly. Although it was our forth we are getting pretty use to entertaining our selves I managed to read a book in 23...

Ok so today we went to see some shops and try our hand at barging with some success :-) We then went to the finance centre which is the hugest observation platform in shanghai. It was amazing you could see the amazing city and we also waited for the lights to come on at it look spectacular! There is also a sky walk were you walk on glass and see the city beneath your feet it was amazing! An for only 150 yuen what a bargain! Couldn't of asked for a better send o...

Also today we went to the other side of the river to see the lights on the other side and Iam so glad we did as it is a must as you get to see amazing the light are on both sides of the river and how big the building were! No more words can tell you, you just have to go! Also if you do go don't eat any food in the dark next to the flower beds as there are some (two) little mice looking food. They are cute :-)

Today we went to the peoples square and the shanghai history museum. Both were free which is a bonus and they we both very good. The people square is a little smaller that what you normally expect in china, but still it is very peaceful and a good escape from the city noises. The museum is again very good an a lot bigger than you think when you get inside. All areas were assessable free of charge which was good as we were able to have a great look at scrolls,...

This afternoon we went to Lujiazui which is by all the tall buildings and next to the river. At night this place turns in to a spectacular night show as all the lights from the tall sky scrapers turn on and it is amazing. Here you can get some great pics for the sun set and at night it wasn't particularly busy few people around but we got a bench to sit on to watch it all unfold.
