Had a great time in Queenstown, played frisbee golf in Queenstown gardens and enjoying the sunshine in the park. spent the evenings enjoying the nightlife, and the last night was a big one with cocktails out of teapots at world bar and a 4am big al fergburger! the biggest burger, i couldn't even fit it in my mouth! waking up at 7am for the bus was such fun, and after exploring dunedin, a university town with some intersting architecture and a great train station, i had a lovely early night! first thing in the morning we went for a stroll up Baldwin street, the world's steepest street and a lovely wake up! Spent yesterday on the bus stopping every 5 minutes for food and/or kodak moments but finally made it to the tiny town of Lake Tekapo and a hostel with a beautiful lake view. The first miserable day, there was rain and storms so a night in front of the tv was in order. watched some hilarious nz tv, a programme that was a cross between wife swap and a house makeover- what a silly idea! played a lot of cards and watched some good films. left Tekapo this morning and got dropped at Geraldine, where i met Charli! Had a nice cup of tea and explored the town a little, then we drove back to Timaru and her house, which has real beds, a washing machine and a bath! she lives in luxury! went for a lovely lunch in the town and now im exploring whilst she is working. Timaru is quite a nice town and very friendly, and its a beautiful day! so so nice to see Charli!
