Last day in Melbourne today, been here for nearly a week, and i love the city! staying in a suburb called St Kilda, which is pretty big itself, with coffee and cake shops everywhere! The weather started of nice, but wearing my jeans now! Yesterday went to watch Melbourne play AFL at the MCG, the cricket ground that holds 100,000 people! Aussie rules footie is so weird, on a circular pitch with 18 players each side! Its Melbourne international comedy festival, so we went to see an Australian comedian at the town hall, been to the Queen Victoria Markets, Federation Square, the NGV, up on the 88th floor of the Eureka Tower, in the massive Casino, along the Southbank, Chinatown, several of the drinking establishments and i still don't feel like ive seen enough! Did a day trip along the Great Ocean Road, learnt lots of facts, gotten eaaten alive by the mossies and saw lots of rocks. Sunny day until we got to London Bridge, when it poured down! Met some great people here, and finding it hard to beleive i can sum up my week in so few words as ive done so much!
