We went out to Cheeky monkeys for dinner, $5 specials and with our oxexperience passes we get $5 off so free dinner! my favourite kind! the bar was pretty crazy, they had lots of things to give away if you would do something crazy like a chilli eating contest, and the tables that we ate on became the dancefloor! the bouncers are really harsh thoiugh ,and if you look like you may become drunk they kick you out, leading to half our group home by 12! losing track of days and times now, but i also did a walk to the lighthouse in byron bay through a subtropical rainforeest, and saw the most easterly point of australia! left there on wednesday.

I rememebered what i did, we went on a day trip to nimbin, a hippy town just outside of Byron. Went with Jim's alternative tours, and had a hippy called dougie doing the tour. he played great comedy music and told us some great tales! We went into nimbin town and went to the nimbin museum and the hemp embassy. the town is colourful and laid back its a crazy place, and everyone seemed to be so stoned! we then went to Dr Rechers botanical gardens, where he had bought some land, and planted one of every single tree he could. it was a strange place and a strange man, but we ate fresh watermelon and nuts, and then went to minion falls, a waterfall, and a little oub on the way back. such a strange day!
