First day ride after Bernie's 3 day hospitalization was a successful one! Bernie did great!!! 11 hours travel time and 470 miles from Great Falls,MT to Gillette,WY. Gusty/Heavy winds slowed us down in Montana. (Jeff Chokreff will remember similar wind...only colder...4 years ago in SD and Wy!) Road construction and 100 degree temp in afternoon also were Challenges. We made a few more stops for hydration and to cool off. Tomorrow our plan is to continue to travel ...

A little frost on the pumpkin this morning. 31 degrees and we're off to see Rachel/Ryan and family in Pinedale Wy.
