Today we headed to the Colosseum which is a place where they used to have lots of fighting years ago. Lots of people used to go there and watch men fight each other or wild animals like lions and tigers. They used to have chariot races there as well. It is really old and huge. We then went to a huge white building that had lots of statues on it. We had pasta Again for lunch. I'm a bit sick of eating Pasta! We caught a plane tonight at 10pm to Dubai.

We went to the Vatican today which is the smallest country in the world. Actually, it is in Rome but it has a huge wall around it and it has it's own flag and own money. The bus driver gave me a flag of the Vatican. It has two keys and three crowns on it. We went to the Vatican Museum where we saw lots of statues, paintings and huge tapestries. The then went to the Sistine Chapel and St Marks Basilica. Where saw the big square outside eh Basilica and the wind...

We are at sea all day today. We started off by going in the spa then the weather turned cold and raining so we had lunch and came inside. The ship is going up and down a fair bit.

Today we caught a fast train to Rome.The train ride from Florence only took about 1.5hrs.The ride went through the middle of the 'Tuscan' countryside.We saw heaps of castles in the countryside. Gabe was being really funny saying "ssshhhh silencio" to people on the train. We then got in a taxi in Rome and drove 1hr to a port called Civitavecchia.
