Have had a tiring but awesome day in Fox's Glacier. Have been up hiking Fox's Glacier for the best part of the day which was amazing. Freezing and glad I had a million layers on. Took loads of photo's too. It was surreal being on the ice and then looking over to rainforest. Doscovered it's the 3rd largest glacier in NZ which is pretty cool - in all senses.

I then drove to franz Josef to see what was happening over there. The village is a bit bigger - actually has a supermarket (fatal on me though) but otherwsie similar to Fox's Glacier. I also went to see the glacier which was also awesome but I am glad I went up Fox's as it just seemed better and also was cheaper.

Heading to greymouth tomorrow and already got a running route planned to do whilst there in order to get my training back on track. Hoping to stop in hokitika on the way and see what's happening there. Will be glad to move on but also had an amazing time here.

By moving on it also does mean I will be closer to my return to christchurch. Results are published tomorrow so need to get a phone card in order to ring up and find out how I have done - please let I have passed! Hopefully it will be good news and will make my day even better.

Fingerscrossed for another clear and sunny day which I seem to be on a good run of at the moment.
