Today started with breakfast at our little Florence cafe ... Pastries, little ham and cheese sandwich, the best cappuccino and juice. The coffee is so good we always order two each. Day 11: A bus tour to cinque terre - €85 each. Left at 7am from the train station, with our guide armedeaus, an egyptian guy who could fluently speak nine languages and was convinced that I would make a great tour guide escort. First stop was La spezia by bus, then ferry to porto venere, then the 3rd village vernazza which was gorgeous and had the second best gelato in the world ... Yum. Day 10: Time to explore Florence. Caesar has given us a map and circled all the laces to visit. We walked out on the street and found a gorgeous boutique and that was it ... Time for shopping! Bought a beautiful pair of sandals from the boutique. Then wandered thru the markets and found a nice Italian handbag. Saw some churches along the way. It was sp hot - about 40 degrees do we found a little cafe and stopped for gelati. The waiter says to me please stay in...

Day 9: The flight to Italy was interested. We left the cruise boat at 7am and was met by Babis, our taxi driver at 8am, who took us on a tour of Athens. First stop was the acropolis, which was amazing. Completely made from marble, even the stairs were marble and very slippery. The Parthenon was at the same location.
