We were a little afraid of arriving in Saigon after hearing about all the bag snatching and crime that goes on but were nicely surprised. The city although bussling isnt as cramped as Hanoi and was ok, as cities go. Every where you go in Vietnam you get accosted by easy riders offering to show you the "real vietnam" get off the tourist trail and show you whats its all about. After a few weeks of pestering we gavce in and they agreed to take us to Mui Ne via dalat on a 2 night/3 day trip of a life time. Early on the morning of departure we boarded our bikes and set off. the place people told us to steer clear of, and you could see why. The beach was covered in used condoms and dead rats and the streets were littered with rubbish,..welcome to costa del vietnam. The hotel we got was a nice one though luckily and we managed to find a place that did indians instantly making us feel more at home. We met Vinh and Sy on our walk abouts and they convinced us the way we wanted to see Vietnam was on the back of an easy rider motorbike off...

Our favourite place in Vietnam!We arrived and paid a bit more for a hotel with a swimming pool but it turned out it wasnt worth the money, so we moved to a nice cheapie that was cleaner and brighter. Anyways we had the beach. Si was ill for the first couple fo days so we just dossed around, found a good tailors and set about having some clothes made. To be honest they were all quite good quaility, they fit me perfectly and i can change the size to suit me wheneve...

Our next port of call was only a short stop over so that we could see the endangered primate centre and a supposedly very nice nationla park. We found one decent hotel and to be honest that was about it! A barking dog, street lights that went mental and thats about it, we found one restuarant at the only posh hotel (3 star) in the area (thank god we werent staying long!)The best day however was the day tour to Cuc Phong national park, where we got to see the endn...
