Well, I have 133.8 km left to Santiago! Yea for me!! It has been a spectacular journey and experience.
I am in Triacastela tonight. Today we walked from O'Cebreiro from an elevation of 1330 to 670 meters. Just spectacular scenery.,..mountains, lush green valleys, mountain tops peaking thru clouds, cattle in pastures and sharing our path with us! We are in Galicia region now and it is cold in am and night. I am wearing long johns right now. Black merino wool.... Very sexy. Ha. Never in my life have I cared less about what I look like. Surprising the little amount of material things you really need. I lost one bra and one short sleeve t shirt. So now only have 1 bra.....oh well.
We will be climbing up and descending down again tomorrow. I can't crack walnuts with my thighs yet, but close.
The good in this region is very good, better in general than earlier with more choices.
No blisters! I bandage hot spots every morning on rub on vaseline . It works. Can't believe the number of perigrinos with very sad feet.
We have had spectacular weather with only 2 mornings of drizzle early on. With only 6 days left, my fingers are crossed.
Love you all and catch you in a few days.

Anne & Peter With you all the way .Heather! What a wonderful journey for you. See you soon! A. & P.
Patti What a fantastic life experience for you Heather. My suggestion at this point..go bra less. Good luck in the last leg of your journey. You got this. Xo
Ken Ken --- Heather you need to make sure you can crack walnuts with your thighs by the time you get back to Hog Town so I can get you signed up for the next James Bond movie . Well glad to here Santiago is in sight and theirs light at the end of the tunnel of love. I have made arrangements for you to get BOTOX injections into your ass as soon as you get home, that way we won't have to spend a fortune on tailoring ! If I WERE YOU, I would loose the other bra, I put a petition on the web site with pictures and the vote was 99% in favor of no bra. The only one who voted for the bra was the milkshake girl. Well that's it for now, I'm off with the grand kids tomorrow we are off to see the Movie the Stork actually I directed it, it's all about the birds and the bees. lots of love sweetheart.
