Marcy picked me up about 1:00 at my apartment and we were off on our Parisian adventure. We parked & caught the shuttle to the terminal without any delays...breezed through security with our carryon luggage, (yes, carryon for a week's vacation in the winter!) and browsed through the terminal stores for some snacks to take on the plane. We were both so excited although Marcy had caught an awful cold--but she was prepared with lots of medications and tissues.

The flight wasn't full, so we were able to sit with a seat in-between us, which was very nice. We watched movies, read & eventually I got sleepy enough to try to catch a nap. I put on my headphones, sleep mask & settled in, only to hear a crying baby. :(( Our flight was a little late arriving, but we made it...we're in Paris!!!
