We are currently in Santa Cruz, California an hour north of Monterey. We have slowly made our way up Hwy 1 hugging the coast from Los Angeles. From Palm Springs we headed west to the Los Angeles area where the RV went in for repair and we stayed in a hotel in Marina Del Rey for Memorial Day weekend. After hearing how beautiful Idyllwild is from Kim's parents, we made our way there from Arizona. We were planning on camping in the RV up in Idyllwild which is nestled in the San Jacinto mountains not far from Palm Springs.
