All of us are now back together and finalising the packing to get home .. Checking the bag weights, we are just inside our allowance even with all the goodies and coral !! Luckily John's wonderful old "Holden" swallowed up all the luggage into the boot and off we went to the airport.. On the way had to make a quick stop at the "camper van depot", to retrieve the sat nav bracket that we stupidly left in van on return.. This done, it's off to the airport where we met Lis who had come from work to see us off !! Bags checked in, last coffees, teas and sandwiches taken we all said our heart felt good byes, and went through security on the beginning of the homeward leg !! This time Pat & Paul got straight thru but Trev was taken thru an x-ray machine but poor Dee was nearly arrested for attempting to smuggle some dangerous liquid onto the plane !! Sounds good but was really only a small bottle that was nearly empty and had fallen out of her declared plastic bag !! Anyway thru we went and walked off towards the boarding area and passed Lis & John waiting in the lounge.... Waddling off like unhappy penguins we waved back at them and then we were gone !! Loaded ourselves up with water and sweets and boarded the plane ready for Singapore !! BYE SYDNEY AND FRIENDS, OLD AND NEW, HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN SOME DAY !!!
