Atlantis sailed 4.752 NM or 8.800 KM since she left Richards Bay in South Africa.
She was involved in 2 mayday situations; 1) Struisbaai (Cape Agulhas) when she lost her anchor in a storm. 2) In Houtbay (South Africa), when she sailed into illegal crayfish nets more than 3 NM from the coast. In both cases the South African NSRI did a wonderful job.
