After a technical delay, Atlantis is now taken hostage by the marina until the insurance money covering repairs is cleared by the Brazilian Central Bank. Frustrating is that the money was debited from the SA account on 30/10/'13. Another delay.....it is if she can't leave Brazil. As Mauro still works, he had to take the difficult decision to fly back.
