The afternoon was a walk along “Bob’s Track out to a point and a walk back along the rocky shore at low tide so far 10.5 k today . Going to dinner and watching parade more about that later The National Optimist dinghy championships are taking place this Easter weekend, but competitors from Aus and French was also heard. A hike up to a view point above picton for our morning activity.

Glorious ferry crossing over Cook Straits and onto South Island. Resisted the temptation to watch The Greatest Showman (again) & just sat back to enjoy the scenery. Local lorry driver said it was about as good as it gets weather wise & we are now in our b&b in Picton. It’s tough but someone has to do it.
