A quick sail from Lipsos to a secluded bay on Agsthonissi.
Windsurfer, kayaks out, some waterskiing, I opted for goggles & snorkel & had an hour fossicking underwater. Heaps of small fish, healthy seagrasses, the drop offs so dramatic and steep.
We all enjoyed a great afternoon on the water, working off the homemade baklava from Lipsos.
Dinner on deck, and a farewell to Jo & Toby, Peter's daughter & son in law. A great night, such a treat to spend this time together. Peter gave a sort speech, managed to coordinate the right music!
A late night! Mary & I enjoyed the stars, Mary enjoying the local raki, me the local wine, with the Captain and 2IC discussing the Kurdish influx & the recent riots. Both generous with information, & looking forward to the elections, and hoping for a change on government.
