Got up and ready for 7.45, went to pay the man for our accommodation but he only asked for the key so we didn't even pay full price for one day! We didn't feel to bad not reminding him though as it was overpriced anyway!
Got to the jetty for 8 and didn't look back across the beach to Amelia's once! The boat was half an hour late and set off at 8.30, it takes 30 minutes so we were back on the mainland by 9am!
Once there we walked to the bus station to buy a ticket to Kuala Lumpur for today, it cost 40 ringgits (£8) for the 8 hours journey! We had half an hour to wait so decided to go and get some rice from a stall, by the time it came they had only made one and we had to get it to go but they don't have spoons.
So we sat on the bus sharing a rice with our hands, all the locals do it but I don't really like doing it! It gets everywhere!
Met Sarah the Korean girl we met the other night and another girl who had just quit her job on the island who was from Malaysia! She quit being a hotel receptionist as the meals they gave her were fish 50% of the time and she didn't like it. She went on and on to me about how it's easy for english people to save money and she wants I get a job in England as she would be a millionaire and save all her money. Crazy girl! Just smile and nod.
Stopped at a roadside food stall place where I had rice and spicy egg with milo! All cost about 5 ringgits (£1). Went to the toilet and at places like this I always chose squat toilets over sit ones as its more hygienic! I never dreamt I would say that!
Driving through kuala lumpur we hit the end of work traffic but still got to the station around 5.30. The girl who quit her job said she was getting the same sky train as us, she didn't have any shoes as she lost them on the beach so was walked through the streets barefoot!
It cost 1.20 ringgits (£0.22p) for the 20 minutes sky train to China Town! Got off, ate then walked to Backpackes Inn where we always stay! Gave our tickets in and got reunited with our rucksacks which we left in the store room here for about 10p a day.
Realised as we have been out a lot here I had nothing really to wear so went to the market and bought a new dress for 25 ringgits (£5). The stall had a power cut and there was no light so I could have been buying anything!
Bought some vodka, walked past the 'no alcohol in the rooms' sign and had half a bottle each while we got ready! We pay enough for the room anyway! 38 ringgits (£7ish) per night so £3.50 each.
Got a taxi to Frangipani and we had a women taxi driver! Not seen one of these since being in Asia! She was lovely as well!
Couldn't get in Frangipani for free this week as I didn't give him my number last week! Awkward! Haha it cost 35 ringgits (£6) to get in and you get a drink included.
Met Clay, Yang, Aria, Chanel, Ethan, Aria and loads of others there! Even fake Mike and real Mike (inside joke, don't ask).
Family won't appreciate reading this but I swear the bar man spiked my drink, I'm not one of these stupid little girls who say that after they get to drunk either. I had half a small bottle of vodka after a full meal, then came out and had one drink! I kept being sick! I shared the free entry drink I got with Michael and he was sick as well! Everyone knows how much we drink so we arnt light weights any more! The bar man kept hanging around as well! It's a good job we have trustworthy friends here! I love everyone!
We both have no recollection of getting home, which scares me! It's not like frangipani is some mucky place either it's a posh club!
Got told the next day that Yang and Clay drove us home, seriously can't remember it though! I don't need anyone to lecture me about it either, it happened, I'm safe so it doesn't matter. I got spiked in England once in a gay club that time as well so it can happened anywhere.

sharron Spiked? No not going to lecture, just keep friends close - which you do.
