A walk around the pretty Lima, lunch, sangria and even a skype call home from the park! A final pack / making everything somehow fit into our trusty backpacks and a trip to the airport - WE ARE COMING HOME!!

We travelled back to Lima today. Not the most pleasant of trips due to the ridiculous amout of bites the jungle gave me as a leaving gift but we are excited about our last few days

Morning spent wandering around Lima's beautiful park, cathedral and watching the street performers. Bus to Paracas and Ang was particularly impressed by the fact she could watch the united match while we waited for the bus to arrive!! We joined the locals and their celebrations of 'declaration of independance' on the beach, with plenty of pisco and dancing!

Today we fly to Lima in time to meet our group for the final 3 weeks tour. Slight issue at Cusco airport being we were unable to take out 'travellers stash' of JD and Vodka. Angela's negotiation skills come up trumps again for us, so straight to the VIP lounge to drink our own alcohol ( as we were buying the mixers from them ) free WIFI and Angela even managed a bit of shopping.
