We walked to Raffles and had a 'singapore sling' and put the shells of the peanuts on the floor for good luck! We then went on the singapore flyer, a wheel like the london eye that gave good views over singapore and beyond! We are clearly getting old and needed a lazy morning to recover from our day at Universal! We made the most of washing machine at our hostel and got on top of our laundry - things were starting to get desperate! Like the big kids we are we decided to spend the day at Universal Studios on Sentosa Island. It was fab and took us back to our family holidays in America! We arrived via bus to a very soggy Singapore with no local money or place to stay! The money issue was soon sorted but it took us a while walking in the rain until we finally found somewhere! After drying off and freshening up we went for a walk and enjoyed an evening at Clarke Quay
