After a night of cowering in our tent through the storm the previous night we eventually dragged ourselves out of bed at around 10. We went to the camp site restaurant and got a couple of coffees for breakfast while we caught up on some blogs. Since we didn't need to catch the bus until 6:30 that evening we decided that there would be time for a quick swim in the pool before lunch which consisted of our left over cake from yesterday. The afternoon consisted of showering and packing the tent away before catching a collectivo into town where we found that bus tickets to Mexico City are $4 more expensive than the other direction, which we weren't very pleased at. While Mae guarded our bags I went off to find some food for the trip, which ended up being some bread rolls, ham, tortilla crisps and a slice of cake each. The bus was much the same as before although we had learned from our previous experience and booked seats further back in order to actually have room for our legs this time. The bus was as cold as ever and with no better film on offer than 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2' we quickly decided that our audio book would be better entertainment and we listened to that until we felt tired enough to sleep.
