The land of Svens, Blonde's and Vikings!! Ofcourse im talking about the freezing country called Sweden!

Been a really good week here; it started a bit stressfull with the train travel into Sweden, as it was snowing quite heavily so all my trains were delayed (hours of delay), and I unfortunately had a very expensive unexpected cost of a train ticket through Denmark. There is only one railway to Sweden, which is through Denmark, and my Europass didnt include that country. So, I had no idea about that and ended up paying quite a bit to get through (obviously they can charge tons because there is only one way..) but was going to be worth it to see Sweden and Svenska!

Stockholm was a really cool place, i came at a bad time though as it was about -14 each day; freeezzinngg it was really hard to walk around and see the city. But i pushed through, split the walk up so only did a few hours each day, it gets dark at around 4 any way so dont really have many hours in the day. Had a kinda lame first day actually, had to organise my trains to get out of Sweden, and it took me literally all day; about 3 hours waiting in line to book, silly system. But they were offering free christmas buscuits and wine stuff, so that was cool. But any whos, again met people in the hostel, people sat around alot in the hostel here so chatted away there for the arvo's. I was pretty shocked to see hardly any blondes! Well, not hardly any, obviously there are still quite a lot, but i asked a handfull of swed's and they all say they are blonde, but they just dye their hair. Silly girls, meh they are still amazingly gorgeous here its crazy. So any whos, did my thang in stockholm and then it was time to go visit Svenska!!

4 hour bus trip later, I see svenska's cheeky smile waiting for me in Jonkoping!! Was absolutely awesome to see this guy again, even though he was with us in our eurotrip 5 months ago, it was cool to see him in his home country. I was only with svenska for 3 nights, so didnt have a lot of time but was better then nothing! First night for some reason we did a snow jumping video... very random, but seemed to be a good idea at the time haha, turned out to be a pretty funny video actually! Svenska has the funnest commentator voice, dont know how he comes up with half the things he says. Sadly though it was a bit dark so cant see the epic jump; its actually a pretty fun sport, might give it another go sometime :P Saturday night, headed out with Sven and his mates, funny guys, had an awesome night, met a lot of swedish girls (these were actually blonde, not silly blonde, but like hair colour blonde) and for some reason on the way home we took so many random videos with the legandary commentary voice lol... They are actually quite hilarious but they are definately not facebook-worthy, so ill keep them to show you guys when I get home ;) Anywhos, a lot of banter, cooking feasts, laughs, snow jumping and one epicly awesome night later, sadly the short stay finished.

So very early morning tomorrow to travel to Berlin!! Its going to be a veryyyy long day, hopefully everything goes as planned and have an easy travel day! :)
