Well, we are officially in Paris!!! And it is a very interesting country, completely different to any other country iv experienced, but before I start chatting about Paris I should probably finish off were I left off.
In our last day in London, we got onto a bus tour (yes, the ones without roofs), and finished up seeing the rest of the touristy places around London. Was an extremellyyy long day, walked around for hours but got to visit: St. Pauls Cathedral, Tower of London and Tower Bridge, the Swiss RE tower (dildo tower), Monument to the great London fires which we walked up, not really worth the views but was good exercise. Also had fun around Big ben, bumped into a Subway Mascot which 'i was forced' to have a photo with :P and then finished up going up the London Eye.
As for the night of the World cup final, we ended up missing half of it to meet Pikes friends in a town nearby, and then ran back to the hostel bar to make the most of cheap drinks and party'ing with a massive spanish crew! Was a pretty decent night, met a lot of people that night, alot of spanish, a couple canadians ;) everyone was pretty friendly and was a good way to finish up in London!
Spent the next day traveling to France, was confusing for our first time going on the low budget airflight but was a really good experience, was very similar to Jetstar, but better!! And also our accommodation here is very nice... as in, we actually get given towels haha, but i do have to share a double bed with adam which is scary.
For our First 'real' day in Paris, we walked around the city to find breakfast which was a mission, couldnt find a bakery until after we already ate :( then traveled around abit, didnt get to see many sites but did spend the night underneath the Eiffle Tower having red wine with girl of my dreams. Was an amazzingggg night, the Eiffle tower was 'literally' a disco, and just chilled there with personal alcohol waiters until 3am to celebrate Bastille day!
Any way, its Bastille day today so will be updating soon to see what ever the crazy french get up to today (i doubt it will be as crazy as Australia day) and will be seeing what happens with the girl of my dreams!
To be continued.
