Sunday 24th May
We get ready early to leave with friends for a visit to the country side. They end up being a bit late. We travel for about 2 hours to a place with caves and waterfalls and enjoy walking and cooling off in the water.
It takes awhile to find a suitable lunch spot, and a bit lacking when it arrives. We watch river activities- there is a very strong current. We also try a local sweet. Jellied fruit covered in something sweet. Chocolate flavoured something. We head for home and it's after 3. We decide to stop at some more falls. Mal and the guys enjoy going behind the falls and riding the current out.
It's late when we return and we prepare potatoes and guacamole for dinner
