Wed 8/8 Arrived in Hue around 9:30ish in the morning. Had a hotel with a private room for a change (crazy coz its cheaper than a hostel here!) Mon 6/8 Still raining today but not as bad as last night. Luckily we have no activities just a boat and bus ride back to Hanoi. Kinda fine coz it keeps the temperature down a bit. Sat 4/8 Started our Halong Bay trip today, got picked up from our hostel in the morning and drove up to Halong city to catch our boat. It was very nice, much nicer than we were expecting. There was a nice mix of people, a french couple, german couple, australian couple, italian couple and two south african girls. Tue 31/7 After only about 4 hrs sleep we headed to catch our bus, at least with it being early there was no traffic and very few people at the bus station! Bus is comfortable enough which is good since we don't know how long its going to take.
