Mon 6/8
Still raining today but not as bad as last night. Luckily we have no activities just a boat and bus ride back to Hanoi. Kinda fine coz it keeps the temperature down a bit. Arrived back in Hanoi around 5pm and went for another Italian buffet before having an early night.
Tue 7/8
We had planned to head north and do a 3 day trip to Sapa but its forecast rain for the rest of the week so booked a bus down to Hue for tonight instead, hoping to get away from the rain we are having! By the time we got our bus booked and posted some things home (rucksacks were getting way to full!) we just had time for an early dinner before heading for the bus. The bus was great, it was a sleeper so very comfy but the roads were awful! Kept feeling like we were getting thrown out of our beds so didn't get near as much sleep as we had hoped!
