Fri 27/7 Last full day in Nanning, Berry took us to the Guangxi Provincial Museum which itself was nothing exciting but the beautiful garden included a nail-less wind and rain bridge and some full size Dong and Miao houses which made for some nice photos! Tue 24/7 I don't know how but I forgot to mention in my last post about the highlight to our trip to the caves! Not sure how but it kept me amused for the rest of the day because when we left the caves Cam realised he had lost his pants! He did go back to see if he could find them but there was a lot of pants lying about as folk were in the showers and he didn't want to be caught going through them!lol. Fri 20/7 Started today off with a cooking class in the morning! It was great fun! We got taken to the local market to buy the food, it is the biggest market in Yangshuo, every thing was done in the one place, live stock taken in (chickens, ducks, dogs, cats etc) killed, hung, prepared. Tue 17/7 (TODAY) Thank god today was a travel day because there was thunder and torrential rain! Sat at the hostel till around 4pm when we finally bit the bullet and headed out to catch our bus for Yangshuo! Thankfully it wasn't too heavy when we left! After sitting on the bus longer than we should have we realised we had gone past Yangshuo (we were told Yangshuo was the final stop!lol) But luckily we knew where we were (thank god for our lonely planet guides!) ...
