Thu 10/5/12 Arrived in Agra today and first on our agenda was the Taj Mahal!! Off course!! We were lucky coz it rained for a bit before we got there so it wasn't too hot! It was amazing! So beautiful! The stone work was incredible! Glad we had a guide coz don't think we would have made it in otherwise! Tue 8/5/12 Travelled to Sawai Madhopur today, had a relaxing afternoon and evening and an early night as it is a 6am start for the tiger safari tomorrow. Wed 9/5/12 Tiger safari was a bit of a disappointment! We saw no tigers!! Ranthambhor National Park was beautiful but nothing compares to a safari in Africa!

Sun 6/5/12 Today we drove to Jaipur (Pink City) which is the capital of Rajasthan. After lunch we both went for a massage, Cam got a really good massage from the owner of the place but I didn't think mine was the great! The one in Africa was much much better! I got some henna after the massage which was interesting, it took the lady hardly anytime to do the design on my arm. We went back to the hotel afterwards as the henna had to be left on for 2 hrs. Sat 5/5/12 After a nice relaxing day we did a trek up a 324m vertical hill to the Saraswati Temple. It was meant to take 1 hour but we did it in 30 minutes. Nearly died by the time we got to the top. It was well worth it for the stunning views of the city. The walk down was much more enjoyable!lol.

Fri 4/5/12 (Today) Today was one of the worst drives we have had so far in India!! Started with a bus overtaking us far too close (our driver got out and we can only imagine what was said to the bus driver!lol), watched an overloaded truck ahead of us nearly hit another truck when it was stupidly overtaking and then another taxi scratched our car by trying to go past us in a traffic jam.
