re: Family thingysLinda Loved this blog, like I love Gold Coast and I am a proud group 1. The faster, scaryer, higher the better. The 'Vomitron' in the Surfers Paradise park ( forgot what that is called) was true to its word. Two rides and did vomit! Live love love the worlds! My favourite holiday destination.

re: Canberra r usBeth I remember victor Harbor and I also got lost the first time I was in Canberra which was many years ago. The reason Canberra was quiet is probably because there is no Parliament sitting. God bless

re: The joys and travails of online food shoppingamaechitrip Hello Geoff, The area is now quite densely populated, but it is still a beautiful leafy suburb, the lakeside caravan park is right next to the lake and across the road is a beautiful beach with rock pool for the kids.
re: On the road againGeoff Very interesting, now your at Narrabeen; I used to ride my push bike from Guildford to attend the camps at Narrabeen. Of course I was much , much younger then. We will eagerly wait for the next blog
