Potentially the best day of the trip!!!!! Picked up at 9am, Charlie had his 2 minute moped driving lesson and we were handed our 'anti emissions' masks and we were off. The rain was still hammering it down at this point so I looked like a panda by the time we got a puncture 45 mins in to our 7 (ish) hour journey. We eventually passed through the rain and things became a whole lot more enjoyable, helped by the fact we were now descending in to the mountains! Views were unreal, we saw cows, goats, chickens and dogs all chilling and roaming in the road. Stopped at a little cafe for lunch, were given an hour to explore another pagoda and some tall temple thing oh and a ginormous Buddha, back on to road to Hoi An. In the bustle of a busy set of traffic lights we lost Charlie but regrouped and arrived in Hoi An ready to catch our next bus. Unfortunately too late to book an actual space, we were allowed to ride the floor (!). Quick whizz around Hoi An (which looked really beautiful with canals so it was a shame we couldn't stay) and it was time to get on the bus. Charlie saved the day when it came to reuniting us with our bags, and then we settled down for our night on the bus floor.......
