We rode the sleeper bus from Hanoi to Hue, getting on at 7pm to take our places in our leather bed/seats, pretty amazing really! We weren't next to each other but close enough. Rule is shoes off. One stop for a wee at a strange public loo, come restaurant, come tuck shop. Slept well and arrived in a RAINY Hue at 7am, found our hotel, dumped bags, had an amazing buffet breakfast at hotel and then roamed around in the rain at an outside war museum with planes and tanks etc in the 'Forbidden City' and then another ancient pagoda. Booked the next days 'Top Gear' style motorbike journey to Hoi An. Back to our spa hotel for me to cry a little, ordered room service and had a full body massage for about 480 Dong - amazing! (Hotel was Alba spa hotel)
