Arrived at Forde to be upgraded to a suite- very posh and welcome to!
The journey from the ferry here was about hour and for about 45 minutes of that we traversed road works where we could see first hand how tunnels through the mountains are constructed, the size of the machinery and amount of stones moved is mind boggling!
We were both surprised and a bit disappointed on our arrival here as it is not the usual type of town we opt to stop in; however time will tell what we find to fill our time with. We are in a spa hotel so I can always send Colin off to the gym and pool ( I'm still too poorly) whilst I could see about a nice massage of some sort or more realistically we'll go 'exploring' for 5 hours!
