Thursday; last day in LA. We decided to head back down to Hollywood to see it all properly this time as we only did a drive through last time. We was meant to go to San Diego but Google didn't give us good enough 'top 10' reasons to go there. We hit Hollywood boulevard, started to walk down and look at the Hollywood stars on the pavement, we think we started in the dodgy end of Hollywood judging by the beggers etc, we got our first little dose of seeing poverty and how other people live, wasn't nice to see the homeless people and alot of people walking around on crutches but I suppose I need to get thicker skinned about it because I'm going to see alot worse in SE Asia and India. When we hit the famous part of the strip, we off course bumped into my worst nightmare; dressed up characters, like spiderman/mickey mouse etc. Mr Incredible could sense my fear and started waving and walking towards me, obviously I reacted by running away instantly, screaming for Livy.. he seemed to find it amusing to mimic me, I did not find it so amusing. After that moment past, across the road was a big crowd of people and it happened to be a signing for the new Bond film, Skyfall, sadly no Daniel Craig but the new Bond girl and bad guy was there so we took a few pictures and moved onto Hooters then got lunch in the Hardrock cafe, sadly Kate was quickly nominated as the designated driver as she forgot her ID!! Currently on way back to Gemma's to pick up our bags and head to the airport for our evening flight to Fiji, people have said wifi is virtually non existent on the islands so you might not hear from me until 18th November when we arrive in Cairns, Australia. I will write stuff while I'm there and upload it when I can. One country down, 9 to go..!
