The last day in Beaumont began at 8 am. We went down to get breakfast but there was nothing much there so McDonalds for a sausage burrito. Today, we drove about 3 hrs west of Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Beaumont, Texas. It was interstate most of the journey with a stop for gas part way. We arrived in Beaumont around 2 o'clock and eventually found the hotel, after the sat-nav got confused and sent us in the wrong direction.
