Back after 13:30 and off to Sacre Coeur with Carol and Carl. Another first for us, using the Paris Metro. Like other people I know my comment on Montmartre is stairs, stairs and stairs!! Not sue what the tourist volume was like before Da Vinci code but there were quite a few here this afternoon, along with the assortment of buskers etc. Great to say we have now seen it but for me the view from up on the hill is well worth the walk alone, and the fact we got to look down on a couple of Eurofighters doing a low level pass over Paris.
