Hello Everyone :) Off whale watching today therefore up bright and early!

coming up to 7am here, was up at 6am! gettin a picture of the stunning morning view.

Yesterday saw everyone here gettin down and dirty, me and Jan varnished the new fences and dad got involved and mowed the monstrous lawn on the beasty driveable mower. Got to say the light here is perfect for taking some absoloutley loveable photo's, all i need now is a tripod and external flash when light conditions work against me.

As i mentioned were all off whale watching today, hoping for some frozen-motion pictures of the whales, going to be shooting at a really fast shutter, how fast is dependant on light availibility. Also going to be taking Jan's 300mm tele-photo lense! thats 100mm's more than i normally use! exciting :)

Well expect lots of spectacular whale pictures and an interesting read :)
