So Im getting nice and settled here in NZ and have been getting on with lots and lots, more than i thought i would!
Last Night we indulged in a prawn stir fry complete with peanut sauce, might i say a few things about my dad's cooking. Well for starters it is utterley wonderous and it fills the room with butterfly's. the aroma that is created from the violent - yet subtle blend of mild and spicy ingredients brings a full fronted bodysome taste which brings joy too all and the kings men. The experience took me too that next level of understanding, it filled me with joy and sent me heaven-band. Ironically I'm not religous, however the hold of this genius cooking compelled me to a higher level of existence. I can whole heartedly say i am super satisfied and my taste buds have now travelled to cloud nine!
After that profound and fantastic piece of cookery we ventured short and wide to the mighty famous hot tub, complete with a cool box loaded with beer and champagne.
7am! bright and early and eager to get moving, its now friday ofcourse. As advertised in later-day radio adverts 'froogle friday!' cheap bargains and get-shopping prices. Dad was still in bed so i generously cooked us a 76 star egg and bacon sandwhich, yam yam.
Back into the MR2, Whoop Whoop, only driving around the friggin mountain passes, what a right laugh! signs say 40 and i say 85 ;) first stop the equistrium for some riding boots for my dads and then Akaroa bound.
Driving round the mountain roads was absoloutly and ridiculously fantastic! I was having a massively amazing time. What could be better? shades on - check, window down, hair blowing and driving an MR2 raggin the boobys off of it around the winding mountain roads, love it!
Ok got to rush a bit, off to teh pub shortly! so akaroa was fantastic, got some amazing shots so pleasing to the eye and so beautiful, had some proper georgo fish and chips, also got a sneaky chic of some NZ chics :) got some crisp video footage which is show-reel bound.
Then drove the MR2 beast back to my dads and now im off to the pub! life is so sweet i really cant tell you how much im enjoying this. All i can say is there is defiantley lots more to come, so dont miss out.
too check out some quality footage of Akaroa follow this link:

John Kia Ora Ah, vous allez a Akaroa, la port du Francaise! Where it take them forever just to make a Pizza - we nearly missed out boat! Glad you're enjoying the mountain passes - try it with a caravan :) Also watch out for cows. On our trip from Kaikora to Hanmer Springs, we drove for 4 miles through a herd of cows that were being walked to new pastures. Can you do me a favour? If you do get a trip to Haner Springs (fantastic volcanic spa), can you get a photograph of the gas holder there please. It is diddy, quite close to the entrance to the spa centre if memory serves me right. It will be useful in a presentation I may have to give to some Nigerians. Have fun
