From Latacunga we travelled to Cuenca which is a beautiful colonial city in the south of Ecuador. Banos is a very beautiful town nestled in the mountains and surrounded by waterfalls. There are lots of different activities to do here including white water rafting, jumping off bridges over rivers (you are attaced to a swing rope) and swimming in thermal pools.
