Banos is a very beautiful town nestled in the mountains and surrounded by waterfalls. There are lots of different activities to do here including white water rafting, jumping off bridges over rivers (you are attaced to a swing rope) and swimming in thermal pools. My husband (Matt) has done all of these activities and I will add some footage of his jump to this blog. Of course all of these activities are organised by very experienced companies and you should never try to do anything so dangerous at home!

Today we hired a motorised go kart and drove to some fantastic waterfalls. We both got very muddy and very wet. The only problem with the go kart is that when we had to drive through villages dogs would chase us which was a bit scary especially as Matt is scared of dogs!
