Blurgh! Today was raining and yuk!

I met up with the remaining gang members in town (8 of us) around 10am. We wandered to Stanley Park, which was a good half hour walk, but it was so yuk you couldn't see much.

They decided to go to the aquarium to be indoors but I didn't want to go there, so I bid them all a final farewell and split from the pack for good. I wanted to be free!!

I did not want to walk the half hour back to town in the rain, and Stanley Park is huge, so I jumped on a shuttle bus that did a 45 minute loop around the park (told you it was huge!) and I jumped off at the closest point back near town.

I spent the afternoon poking in shops along the main drag, and then checked out the older area known as Gastown.

I bought a sanga for dinner at a grocery store and then caught the 45 minute bus home.

I got home around 7pm. It was nice to have an early night for a change!! I enjoyed some down time, including a long Skype with the folks, then sorting out some of my stuff getting ready to repack for home.

I think it's stopped raining for now but it's a little cold. It's supposed to rain all day tomorrow too...urgh!I had planned to go to Grouse Mountain for some awesome views, but don't think I'll see much! I'm going to go for the hop on hop off bus around town instead.

On the downhill slide now...last full day tomorrow!
